  5. I spend too much time rehashing/living in the past;

  6. I keep waiting for and expecting my best life;

  7. I can’t function well on many days;

  8. I can’t seem to find my true love, any love;

  9. I have unexplainable chronic pain;

  10. I don’t know why many others are succeeding much more than me;

  11. I spend too many days drinking away my troubles;

  12. I am tired of battling depression, anxiety;

  13. I engage in risky behavior to prove I’m alive;

  14. I wear many masks to hide my true self;

  15. I often feel disconnected from the world;

  16. I am hurting and just not sure how much more I can take.

Scoring: The point of this exercise is for you to go inward, both for responding to these statements as honestly as possible, but also to help start the process of self-discovery of past trauma wounds – wounds that need healing.

One of the greatest things you can do for yourself is to release the hold that past trauma wounds have on your body, spirit, mind. A healing journey takes you to places in which you can find healing, find closure, find forgiveness, find love, find peace.
